  • One of my favourite all round sites.
  • A fabulous range of activities to support a wide range of skills including Phonics.
  • I love that you can choose the level of difficulty from medium to really hard :-)
  • Great quality of games and visuals that kids love.

  • Good for beginning and emergent readers.
  • Section 1: ‘ABC’s’ teaches the letter names and sounds. The vowel videos at the bottom are a little old school and silly. But the kids enjoy them.
  • Section 2: ‘Learn to read’ contains a fun, simple selection of books to read with beginning readers.
  • Section 3 ‘Its fun to read’ is great. Children have to read and follow instructions in a fun way. Eg: They need to read and follow instructions to see a magic trick.
  • Section 4 ‘I’m Reading’ has a range of fun and engaging more challenging texts.

  • Great range of Phonics activities, with clear levels.
  • Bonus teachers section: you can access follow up activities and lesson plans.
  • Bonus parents section: great general information for parents on Phonics development.
  • There is both free and paid subscription options. I use the free version and there is plenty to use :-)
